                                                                          EverlastInk Beauty Appointment Policy

Dear Clients,

Your time is very important to me and I appreciate that you equally respect mine.  Below is our appointment policy;

  1. Please do not bring children to the appointment(s).

  2. To reserve an appointment for a procedure, a deposit of $25.00 is required.  The deposit will be applied toward the cost of the procedure.  Pregnant or nursing women or anyone under 18 years of age will not be considered for tattooing.

  3. If an appointment must be rescheduled, a 24 hour notice is required in order to fill the opening in the schedule.  The deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled appointment.  However, if you fail to reschedule and not come in for your scheduled appointment time, deposit will not be refunded or reapplied toward another appointment.  You will be required new deposit if you would like to schedule an appointment. Please understand that time is reserved for you and I need sufficient notice to fill my schedule.

  4. All permanent makeup procedures are two step process.  The first visit is the SATURATION visit, that accomplishes the basic design and color saturation. Second visits is PERFECTING visit which addresses balance, symmetry, and detail and  adjustment of healed result.  Focus visit must be scheduled between 4 to 6 weeks after initial appointment, and there is $150.00 fee for the focus visit.

  5. If a client wishes to have additional or third visit the charge is $100.00.  This visit must be scheduled no later than 12 weeks of your last appointment.

  6. A color assessment appointment should be scheduled at the end of the first year to determine if touch up is needed.  Fees for touch up will be determined upon the visual assessment.

  7. All colors fade and your cosmetic tattoo will require maintenance.  The amount of fading depends on several variables including your skin (dry/oily), medication and topical treatments (acid peels, chemical peels), but primarily due to sun (ultra violet) exposure; therefore measures should be taken to protect your permanent cosmetics from the sun.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION
