EverlastInk Beauty Appointment Policy

Thank you for choosing Everlastink Beauty. My goal is to provide every client with a safe, comfortable and personalized permanent makeup and tattoo experience. Please review the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. You must be 18 or older to book any appointments.

     

 

1.CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS ONLY

          - Booking fee is not required for consultation appointments, however you will be charged a booking fee of $50 if you              fail to show up to your appointment.

           -  A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for the appointment to be rescheduled or cancelled without the penalty.

2.BOOKING FEE

          - A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

           - Your booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your procedure

           - Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received

           - Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment

           - Please review all policies before scheduling

3.CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

          - A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

           - Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may have the booking fee transferred to ONE new                          appointment.

           - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no shows, or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the                         booking fee. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

           - If Everlastink Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment or                refunded.

4.TOUCH UP AND RESULTS

          - Permanent makeup heals differently for every individual. Results, pigment retention, and color may vary depending              on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

           - Additional sessions may be recommended to achieve the desired results.

           - Touch ups are separate appointments with additional fees.

5.PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP

           - Clients with existing permanent makeup must disclose this when booking and provide clear, unfiltered photos of                   the treatment area.

           - Previously tattooed area may require an in-person consultation before approval.

           - Correction work, color correction, cover-ups may require additional time and fees.

           - Not all previous work can be corrected or covered successfully-In some cases, removal will be preferable before any              corrective work can be done.

6.Please do not bring children to the appointment(s).

7.Respect and communication

           - I value your time and appreciate the same consideration in return

           - Please communicate any scheduling changes as early as possible.

           - All clients are expected to treat the artist and studio with courtesy and respect.

8.All colors fade and your cosmetic tattoo will require maintenance. The amount of fading depends on several variables including your skin (dry/oily), medication and topical treatments (acid peels, chemical peels), but primarily due to sun (ultra violet) exposure; therefore measures should be taken to protect your permanent cosmetics from the sun.
